- g'day anonymous. l ordered things 5 weeks ago and got the wrong order, and the complaints number was a non connected number as well that was on their invoice. l eventually phoned the original orders number and they gave me the correct number. l phoned the new number with there reply that my order will be corrected in 5-7 days, and said that there was a dispatching problem.. l'll wait and see what happens in 7 days. The new number that l used is 1800-014-697
