- I got 1/2 of my money back. I talked to a foreign sounding man named Robin & argued with him telling him he was a scammer. He argued back that they have many satisfied customers. I also got a $100 gas voucher but the rules on the voucher are complicated so I do not think it is legit. I contacted my credit card having them red flag the site & the fraud division will be looking into this site. I also requested a new card. According to another site that does reports on scam sites hotcloseouts2013 has a 10 % chance of being legit.

- the number (not that it will help) is 877-403-6981. When I called I got a run around and half my money back! I'm sure it's a one pony show but goes through ZBiddy. Good luck we need it!!

- I seen a number on here and called n luckily it was their number, It took 10-15 mins to get a customer service rep tho. The number was:(877) 924-3390. I told the lady that picked up that I was done dealing with the scam. They offered me 50% plus a voucher for $100 to any gas station... I told them I'm not takin the chance with the voucher and want all my money back or I will be getting my bank/attorney involved. After they tried to give me the same offer several times and me refusing, they gave me a confirmation # and email for a full refund.

- call 888-406-6509. My bank's fraud dept gave me the number and I was finally able to speak to someone and request a refund. GL!

- my bank's fraud dept gave me a phone number- which is non-existent on their website! 888-406-6509. Long wait times, but eventually you get to talk to someone. GL!

- my bank's fraud dept gave me a phone number: 888-406-6509. ask directly for supervisor and get confirmation codes and supervisor's ID. Eventually I was able to get a refund processed. GL!

- I had the same issue. My bank's fraud dept gave me a phone number- 888-406-6509. I was on hold for half hour, but finally got to speak to someone and then transferred to a supervisor who finally processed a refund. GL!

- That phone is a scam too go to zbiddy.com click on live chat be prepared to wait, just be diligent tell them no matter what they offer nothing but a refund will do. If that doesn't work call your credit card dispute the charge. I got my money back after a long back and forth with the rep. Also the chat is not up after a certain time, will take awile but it is worth it. I also insisted my account be cancelled.
