On 09/16/13 at 2:17 PM at sent an email to [email protected] to contact Mass Street Group. In the email, I explained the importance of resolving one's complaints and re-building relationships with one's customers. I left all of my contact information if Mass Street Group has any interest in resolving their complaints.

Through all of my attempts, I have been unable to contact Mass Street Group as of 7/29/2013 to alert them to their complaints.

I made another attempt to contact the Mass Street Group on 7/16/2013. All of my attempts were unsuccessful.

I made an additional call to Mass Street Group on 7/9/2013. I was unable to speak with anyone. I sent an email as well in order to establish a line of communication with the business. I await their response.

I made a follow up call to Mass Street Group on 7/1/2013. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach a live representative from the business.

On 06/20/13 at 11:36 AM PST, I dialed (855) 417-4421 to contact Mass Street Group. There was no answer, but I did leave a detailed voice mail informing Mass Street Group about their public business profile and complaint on Scambook. I provided my direct contact information if Mass Street Group has any interest in resolving the posted complaints.

I called Mass Street Group at 855-417-4421 on 6/11/2013. After being on hold for several minutes, I disconnected the call. I will make further attempts to contact the proper parties at Mass Street Group and make them aware of their unresolved complaints.

Cerritos, CA 90703 informing them of complaint(s). We are currently waiting for a reply.

Scambook personnel throughout numerous occasions have contacted Mass Street Group, spoken with multiple individuals within their customer service center, as well as forwarded information to Mass Street Group regarding user submitted complaints on Scambook every time new information is submitted or altered. Contact information has been included in every contact made, to assist any decision maker at Mass Street Group in resolving the posted complaints, if they wish to provide any kind of customer service to their consumers.

I attempted to contact Mass Street Group at 11:46am by dialing (877) 781-4330. An automated system placed me on hold. After 5 minutes, I was sent to a voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact Marco at Mass Street Group by dialing (877) 781-4330 ext.145. This number went straight to his voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I then dialed (877) 781-4330 again and selected the option to speak to a customer service representative. After a few minutes on hold, a message stated that they are experiencing a high number of calls and went to a voicemail box. I left another message with my contact information and again, requested a callback. I am currently waiting for a reply.

Kristen from Mass Street Group returned my call and left a message. When I returned the call, the office was closed. I will call during their business hours on Monday.

I attempted to contact Mass Street Group at 2:20pm by dialing 877-781-4330. An automated system stated that they are experiencing a high number of calls and I opted for the option of having a callback by the next available agent. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact Marco at Mass Street Group at 11:56am by dialing 877-781-4330 x145. I received his voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to follow up with Mass Street Group at 12:32pm by dialing 877-781-4330 x145. Marco did not answer and I was sent to his voicemail box. I left a message with my contact information and requested a callback. I am currently waiting for a reply.
