  On 8/13/2013 at 8:51 AM PST I dialed +011-00136239/2 to contact the corporate offices of Skype. An automated recording came on stating, "All circuits are busy now." I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]; fully informing Skype of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook.
