  On 5/7/2013 at 11:52 AM PST I dialed (408) 540-3700 to contact the Escalations Department of Netflix. I spoke to a receptionist who took down all of my direct contact information and will relay it to Kaitlin in the escalations department. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.
