  9/24/13 at 2:15 AM PST Scambook reached out to PeoplePC via their livechat feature located here: https://sales.liveperson.net/hc/LPearthlink_elink1/?cmd=file&file=chatStart&site=LPearthlink_elink1&sessionid=8891145&postChatURL= and spoke with a rep named James K. who was unable to assist so I was transferred to a supervisor named Ali who was no help either. Scambook has reached out many times to this company and has got very little in return from them as far as help is concerned. We will continue to reach out and will update as the investigation continues and more information becomes available.
