  On 8/5/2013 at 10:47 AM PST I dialed (402) 935-2050 to contact PayPal. Once again I was on hold for over ten minutes and disconnected the call. I sent another follow up email to [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]; fully informing PayPal of their 118 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook.
