2/7/13 Received and email from Dan Dawang saying he would like to get the complaint resolved. He is very interested in getting this taken care of but needs more information, so I gave him instructions how to register the business, which he did very quickly. I then called him and we spoke about the resolution options and I emailed more instructions to him. I will follow up and update as the investigation continues.
