  I made a follow up call to the Network Hosting Association at 888-231-8705 on 2/4/2013. I spoke to a customer service rep regarding the public profile and growing number of complaints that have been posted to Scambook. He was well aware of the profile and offered to take down my contact information to request a callback. I mentioned that numerous Investigators have done this before and requested to speak to a manager immediately. He stated no managers were available and that he was only able to submit my information. I await their response.
