Update 9.11.2013 at 10:27 AM PST : ATTENTION CONSUMERS: ADT has reached out to their consumers via leaving comments back. I urge the consumers to respond directly either via a comment or through the details left by the ADT representative. Scambook will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses. As of now they do not want to utilize our platform to resolve complaints. They have all of my direct contact information if in the future they change their minds.
