  On 02/15/13 at 11:32 AM PST I received a call from (203) 667-1498 who was the vice president of Priceline.com named Brian Ek. Brian Ek was returning my voice mail I had left him multiple times in regards to both Booking.com and Priceline.com's public profiles on Scambook and numerous unresolved consumer complaints. Brain Ek stated at this moment he does not care about any of his customer complaints that are on Scambook. I urged Brain Ek to at the very least to have the decency to read and review the complaints before refusing to offer any kind of customer service and offer possible resolution. Brain Ek eventually gave me his email address of [email protected] and stated to me that I may send him a follow up email for him to possibly look into the current posted complaints, I have sent a detailed email to [email protected]. Brian Ek has all of my contact information and may contact me at any time if he has any questions or requires any of my assistance in addressing the posted complaints.
