On 11/6 I had asked anastasiadate.com to cancel my profile with them, the profile was canceled but then on 11/8 I saw a charge of 96.00 to my bank account.
These are the actual email that have fallowed.

I am trying to recover 96.00 that you had taken from my account.
Attached is the email I received back from you, and my bank statement showing the 96.00 that was taken from my account.
Please return the money to my account

This is their reply.

I have checked our system and can tell you that we have received the following payments from you recently:

$15.99 on 11/06/2012
$15.99 on 11/05/2012

By viewing your Account History I can see that your account has been credited for these payments:

Nov 5 2012 5:08PM Purchase credits 20

However, we have not received a payment in the amount of $96 on 11/06/2012.

If you would like us to take a closer look into it, then please send in a scan copy of your credit card statement.

I can see that you have 2 credits remaining, but we do not refund the outstanding balance to your credit card.

So I sent them this email,

Hello Again, I need a phone number to contact you, I also need a number to have my bank fax you a copy of my bank statement. So that you can see that you have removed the money from my account. Since the bank statement that is also attached to this email is not enough for you to see that you have stolen, yes stolen at this point money from my account.
So if you would kindly send me a phone number and a fax number we can have this matter resolved in a few days my bank will call you on the phone.
PS, if this matter is not resolved, I am going to post these emails on the internet, so the world can see how you treat your costumers.
The bank statement that is attached to the bottom of this email, says everything you need to know. It clearly shows that you had taken the money out of my account on the 8th of this month.
You do not even send me return contact information, a phone number, or a email contacts.
Your service is the worst that I have ever seen.

I have not received a letter in return. I have have called my bank on the phone three times. They have told me that they can not recover the money.
So I have been forced to deal with these people.
You can see by the emails that there is never a way to contact them?
I doubt I will ever see the money that they have stolen from me.
Today is the 11/23, I have sent 25 letters to them. A send a couple of letters day. But they have still not sent my contact information, so that I can have my bank can contact them to resolve this matter.
These people are nothing more then thieves. It shows clearly in their emails that they have no intentions of returning my money. They have no intention of letting my bank contacting them either.
If you read this, I did not choose to have have this problem with them. The billed my account the 96.00 the day I asked them to close the account.

I received this email on 11/9, three day after I had ask to have my profile removed on 11/6. They removed my profile and stole 96.00 dollars from me at the same time.
I guess they thought I would not notice the missing money.
