then the Courier Company contacted me said i had to pay 450(GBP) for a 3 day deliver service and it covered

and then i receive an email from UK Inland revenue stating that i must pay a Non-Residental fee to UK inland revenue of 4,721GBP which is nearly 10,000NZD

I still have not received parcel i havnt paid the non-residental fee and i have ask the Courier company for a refund of the delivery fee and they are refusing.
