I am one of many who recieved a letter stating I won 12,000,000 and they are only charging a one time fee of 5.00 in which I was smart enough to send cash but it also stated if you dont win they return the money, I mailed it on 2/27/13 not 3/1/13 it wouldn't let me go back to Feb. I am like most people dreaming big and thinking 5.00 isnt gonna hurt me but I am mad as most would be! They stated the deadline is 3/6/13 and their address on the return was Emerson Publishing Inc. Po box 549012 Dallas Tx. 74354-9021...would lke feedback on whether they even exist, thank you TB, KY
