They called and said they were updating my file. They asked me for my address and medical information. I am on permanent disability so I was not thinking and gave her the information. She had my old banking info and I gave her the new banking info. We never discussed any money information. The customer lady said they sent me a card but it was sent back. Shortly after that I received a notice from my bank that I was overdrawn and also charged a $38.00 overdraft fee also. I was given the number from the bank of who had taken the money out of my account. I then called them they said they would cancel my membership and put the money back into my account within 15 days. I called again after the time was up because I still hadn't received my money back. She said she would make it top priority with the bank and get the money back into my account and it has not been put back into my account. When I call to speak to manager she says she is the manager and there is no one else there. She says thats all she can do today she said she would write a letter to the bank and my money would be back in my account in 7 days. Which is what she has been telling me since
February. She wont give me the bank name of who she is working with. I really would appreciate it if you could help me in anyway. I really need the money back but I am afraid it isn't gonna happen.
