I purchased a 4 day 3 night package from Romex travel on 1/9. They specified that Grand Incentives will be the company who will be booking my trip, and stated that everything is paid for but tips and taxes I will pay at the time of travel to the hotel. Grand Incentives requested $99 money order per person ( trip is for 2) for " taxes' when i spoke to a representative they stated that taxes need to be paid upfront. They sent me a registration form that I needed to fill out with my basic information, name address etc., and submit it with the money order and they will reply within 30 days. 34 days later I received a letter from them with my money orders stating that because my registration form was not filled out completely the have to VOID my certificate for this vacation. I have copies of everything i sent them. Every single line was filled out on the registration form except my work#. ( I am not working at the moment). I am so mad that I got caught up in this. Please help

    Our certificates are designed to be used as rewards by companies, and we encourage organizations not to sell them. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to reimburse you for the purchase of your travel package. You will have to contact Romex about that. I also apologize if you were misinformed. Certain fees and charges may apply, as well as terms and conditions.
