I called to find help because when my computer came on it gave a message as follows: "Smart Hardware detects imminent failure (Failing Attributes: C8)" and at the bottom left hand conner of the screen stated that F1 would let me continue and F10 would get BIOS Set Up.

I had no idea what to do and went on line to fine some online help. To make a long story short, I repeated what I was seeing on the screen at least 4 times and they didn't seem really interested in the message but kept trying to say my computer needed to be cleaned up. I spent 6 hours on the phone with numerous technections during that period. One of the techs said he examined my computer and the message would not come up anymore. I turned the computer on after he hung up and the same message appreared. I called back and after much discussion was given a cancellation number. I have waited for 11 days and no credit appeared on my card. I called tonight and they said the cancellation number I was given was a request to stop cancellation.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS...THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!

I was given a second cancellation number tonight after having to be harassed by a guy named Jitendra. After 10 minutes of insisting I wanted them to stand by their word and return my money, he gave me a second cancellation confirmation number. I am not holding my breath. I have called the credit card company and registered a complaint and disputed the charge.

A very dishonest business. It is their basic dishonesty that really upsets me. Do not do business with these folks.
