I received a letter that said i was the confirmed cash prize winner of $898,899.00 by the Chief Dispatch Officer of The Sentry Armored Dispatch Company.I was advised to sign and return the immediate Cash Disbursal Authorization and Identity form within five days of receiving this notice to assure proper delivery.I was assured that the check #700176490 would be made out to :Levi Stukes at 3516 Clifton Ave Apt#5 Baltimore,MD21216 providing that i send in a payment of $20.00 carrier fee before the expiration date.My $20.00 money order#1400379811 was mailed on 09/03/11.As of 09/26/11,no check or notification has been sent to me.Mr.Levi J.Stukes.
