I do not have any damages because I did not deposit the check for the amount of $1,286.70
into my account I am sending this complaint because I was scammed before by another company a few years ago and deposited a check for the amount of $3,500 dollars the result was I lost my bank account with bank of america had fraud put under my name with check systems so I am looking for something to be done about these scam artist taking advantage of people looking for opportunity to make extra money. I just opened this letter today so I probably had it about a week, or so the check is dated 4/5/13.
