Purchased a Marc Jacobs bag from what i thought was a genuine site. Then noticed the money was taken out of my account the moment I made the transaction. After doing a quick scam check i soon realised that I would not be getting a genuine bag. Within 20 mins as I sent an email to cancel and refund the money following all their company policies. The company states that they need an email within 24 hours and they will refund 75%.
I got a broken english email from a gmail account stating that sorry they have already sent the item.
I have sent over 5 emails demanding a refund and not getting anywhere. Live & Learn.
