I had applied for federal grants months before and was contacted by a man named Don Spencer and was informed that I would be awarded 9000 dollars if Federal money that wouldn't have to be repaid. I was requsted to go to western union and call 202-738-1971 when I got into the Western Union parking lot and they would give me a number my number was BA1971 ,send them 300 dollars give them 10 minutes and they would send a check by western union refunding my money and 9000 check. I wanted to check them out, and the next two days they called back pressuring me for the western union transaction. their accent was from India Middle East or somewhere from that part of the world, I would like them investigated.
