On 04/02/2013 I went on line order some shoe and try to go thru pay pay to pay but they I had to sign up with ECMAPAL to pay for my order. I have try to contact them over four time about my order. One time I chat with one of their rep. And he say that would get back with in forty-eight hour. No one have e-mail me back. I have try again to conctact them and they chate back that a rep well get back with thru your e-mail.
