Since 02-08-13, one of my accounts with Optum Rx has been charged four times erroneously. These "seemingly" odd-small amounts were not for orders placed by me. I've contacted the company and they say their records only show the actual sale amounts for prescriptions ordered. None of the erroneous amounts show up.
