I purchased a free jar of cream and only was to be charged shipping of 5.99, then I received my VISA bill and an additional charge of $58.00 was charged from this company I did not authorize, in calling the person I talked to said I had agreed to the terms of 14 day trial and was then charged for this product, I said I did not agree to those terms and would like to be credited back and he said he couldn't help me and there was no-one else I could speak with.
