i bought an item from this website which was offering discounts. the good was supposed to be shipped within 1-3weeks and that they will send me a mail once its done. apparently tried to call and email them with no reply. other blogspots and review sites are filled with negative reviews of this website

Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.
