I recently started getting collection notices from this company about a credit card machine that I leased from them back in 2003. I don't understand how they can do this, my company went out of business in 2008 and I'm just now hearing from them.
They took the money out of my bank account automatically every month. If they weren't paid in full then why did they stop taking the money out of my account. The machine was returned in April 2008. I had a 5 year lease with them and paid it all in full. Like I said, they took the money out every month. When it stopped coming out, I figured my lease was finished.

They are now threatening legal action and I'm about to have brain surgery to remove a brain tumor. I don't have the money to fight this.

Update: 09/16/2013

I unfortunately have no paperwork from them. I moved and got rid of everything since the business had closed 4 years prior.
