I purchased a used car warranty in Jan 5, 2009, that expires in 01-05-14 paid the down payment, and regular re-occuring payments monthly until it was paid for. I've since sold the vehicle, and have been asking for a refund to no avail. I tried calling thier 800-209-3755 or e mail @ [email protected] with no response. I'm told on previous complaints that the company is no longer in business, and that the owner(s) have left the country. I don't know that to be true. The financing Billing company at Mepco Finance Corp at 111 North Canal St. Suite 375, Chicago Illinois 60606 also with an 800-397-6767 don't know anything and have no clue as to what I'm talking about.
