on 3/1/2013 I ordered and received 2 25ft hoses, on 5/12 I ordered and received 2 75 ft hoses, the hoses fell apart not all at the same time, when the first one came apart. On 7/30/2013 was sent a return shipping label from flex hose. The hose was returned that day per usps to po box 9998 Wallingford Ct o6492-9998 as instructed by repersenitive #N96. On 8/20/2013 I spoke to #No3 at 1:15 and was informed that the replacment hose would be received in 7-10 business days. Guess what? When I spoke to #no3 this am 9/26/2013 I was informed that my hose was not going to be replaced nor was it ever going to be replaced and that I was not going to receive a return of my money. Now I have 3 hoses I can not use plus the one I sent back, so Flex hose got almost $100 of my money and I have nothing! The company is a fraud!
