This is the worst and bad company which i never recommend to go with Y-axis i spend around 1500 to 2000 AUD for this process...

There is a person name Chaithanya reddy who never approched and discussed on the case notes once in a blue moon he called me saying you have to submit the documents i did all the stuff after that he asked to write the ielts exam and came back with a reply saying we will not be servicing your case as you crossed the time frame a minimum courtesy of calling the clients is required while joining these a.. people called 10 times a day after joining they never came back what to do and by which date complete half of the people who approched them never given a service these guys service too much worst...(Inappropriate Content Removed) are these company and the management...   • This post is from the Client Relationship Officer of Y-Axis who is designated to resolve the client issues. We have done an un-biased review of the complete activities of the case and would like to confirm the below:

    • As a standard process in order to check the eligibility – based on the information provided by you in the resume, Y-Axis Info Collection form, your profile was assessed based on the Australia Immigration Rules and positive evaluation report was issued on 06.12.2011 subject to the conditions mentioned in the evaluation report are met. All the pre-requisites like IELTS scores, service deliverables & refund policies were clearly mentioned in the evaluation report.
    • You have signed up with Y-Axis on 14.12.2011 by paying an amount of Rs. 52,800/- (Fifty Two Thousand and Eight Hundred rupees only) after signing the service level agreement. In the service level agreement also all the terms and conditions related to application dispatch, refund clauses, other fees & costs involved and our liability were clearly mentioned.
    • After the signup our process consultant had issued document check list for Australia process and provided guidance towards documents procurement to fulfill eligibility criteria and also informed you the stages involved in the immigration process.
    • Your application has been dispatched to Australian Computer Society on 03.04.2012 after receipt of complete set of documents related to Skill Assessment. After this on 14.06.2012 you have received Skill Assessment result letter under reference number 659864.
    • At this stage our process consultant had updated you to submit the required IELTS scores and also updated you about the other process related information. Please note that IELTS score is the mandatory requirement to proceed further.

  • • We have sent follow-up e-mails on July 07, 2012, September 22, 2012, October 17, 2012 and November 19, 2012 asking you to submit the required set of documents for processing the application, however, we have not received any communication and documents from you to initiate the process.
    • We appreciate your understanding, that our mutual association with each other is governed by the legal terms of service agreement, and both parties are bound to abide by these.
    • In accordance to this legal terms of service agreement, you were required to submit the complete set of documents—educational, work experience related and language skills related documents within a period of 60 days from the date of sign up.
    • And in case this is not done, there would be no possibility of any refund and in case you would like to continue the process after 120 days too, then you would be required to make a payment of 25% extra (of the consultation fee) and a penalty for the delay in documents submission.
    • Y-Axis, being extremely customer centric, has made an exception in your case and given your time much more that the stipulated time frame, and also agreed to dispatch your documents to the immigration authorities, without you making the penalty payment.
    • On January 29, 2013 we have sent you an e-mail informing you that if we do not receive any documents within 1 month we will be forced to close your case as per the terms of service agreement. We have also sent you e-mails on February 28, 2013 and August 31, 2013 informing you that your case is closed, however, we can re-open your case if you provide the required documents within 1 year from February 2013. After this we have not received any confirmation from you.

    On the other hand, there are a few clients who sign up with Y-Axis and wish to withdraw during the process - due to their own personal reasons. And they expect a refund even after full or partial service is provided. Y-Axis does not entertain these requests.

    There are also customers who get rejected and do not succeed after the process. They too expect a refund and this is rejected by Y-Axis. Y-Axis does not guarantee or promise a visa or a job. Our deliverable are very clear.

    Most complaints about Y-Axis are written by the above type of customers only. Y-Axis signs a legal agreement with the customer before taking him/her on. The terms of the agreement are very clear and mentioned in black and white. Y-Axis invests in research, development, technology and other factors to enhance our process. There is a cost to all of this and it is not free.

  • So, in cases of the above, Y-Axis refuses a refund and the customer goes online to post it.

    Smaller competing firms who cannot compete with Y-Axis on any other basis get their employees to post false complaints in an attempt to tarnish Y-Axis' reputation. Employees who are terminated from Y-Axis due to fixing documents or indulging in fraud also post false reviews because they have been let go off immediately.

    We are REAL company with real people, processes, systems and also real problems. We do not pay online portals to take off bad reviews. Neither do we pay for SEO services to ensure that bad reviews do not come up on sites like this or do not come up in search engines. So, you will see bad reviews about us. Do not get carried away by lies and exaggeration. We request you to email us. If your problem is genuine and your request is reasonable, we will do our best to resolve it.
