I had gotten a call, several weeks ago, from a gentleman who was Foreign. he has a different name. Anyway, I had attempted to call him back on several different occasions, however, I'm always getting put into voice-mail. On the evening of the 22nd, I was eating my dinner on my way to church, & this gentleman his name is Sam Potter I believe. He ststed that we needed to complete the application for a personal grant. I don't recall filling out that sort of application. he took my debit card no.'s, including the three (3) digit one on the back. the fee was only $3.87, however, Mr. Potter requested that I get on the computer the following day, just for verification purposes. I have attempted to reach this man on four (4) different attempts, & get put into voice-mail each time. I told him the same thing on the 22nd, 7 all he did was apologize. he was talking so fast, that I had a really hard time, keeping up with him. He gave me the name of this web-site, asked me to get into it, just for verification purposes. He asked that I call him once I got into the web-site, however, I can't reach him. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do next, or even why I was requested to log on to this web-site. When I am done typing in this information, I will probably log-off, and do something else. the phone call on the evening of the 22nd, lasted close to 21 minutes. I kept asking how much longer was this call going to take, hw would just say 5 more minutes. My minutes are limited, I kept telling this man that, but, he just kept going on, & on, & on.
