On the 29th September 2013 I saw an advert for a trial sample of anti aging cream. All I had to do was pay the packaging and postage. The cream arrived with no information at all and on the 16th October they took a further £89 and 95 out of my account. When I called them and claimed my 30 day money back guarantee they quoted the terms and conditions but these terms and conditions were not shown on the original advert page or on the page where you put the credit card details. They offer a 100% money back guarantee which they DO NOT HONOUR!!!
