Max Rapid Finance thru a Tameka Sapp(loan consultant) finalized my loan detail by introducing me to Max Rapid Finance, who in turn offered me a loan of $5,000.00 for 36 months at $163.69. Asked for a collateral to secure the loan by either 1) Use a car or house or 2) Pay 3 months worth of payments in advance of $491.00. After receipt of my collateral funds, I was handed off to Ruben Pruett (finance agent) and was asked for more money on top of that up to double the amount of the original collateral. Each time I said no, they requested another week to find a lender. After 2 weeks, I requested the refund of my original collateral and was informed that it would take 30 days. I called the telephone number that I had for Ruben Pruett on 10/14/2013 and was informed that he would have someone call me back within the hour. I WANT MY REFUND. Thank You in advance!!!!
