I ordered the initial "free" trial. I realised that I needed to cancel within the initial 14 days so sent an email 9 days after ordering the product. I didn't think anything else of it until I saw £95 charge for Raspberry Ketone and £89 for Cleanse Extrem on my credit card, with no authorisation or notification! I called them and said I emailed to cancel within the 14 days but they said they didn't receive the email so they cabn't refund any of it. They cancelled the "account" and finally after more phone calls agreed for me to send back the products with codes to their PO Box address. I asked how I could get proof I sent it with it going to a PO Box address and can it be signed for at an alternative address. I was assured it would be fine and as soon as they receive them, a full refund would be issued. I posted it that very next day and obtained a receipt from the Post Office as the only proof I could get, baring in mind they claim they didn't received my cancellation email. That same day, someone advised me that the refund had been issued (without receiving the product?) so I was relieved. A week later no refund showing. I called them again and they said they haven't received the product. I told them I had the receipt for posting it. They asked for me to email it to them, which I did immediately. Still no refund. Contacted them again, they said they hadn't received my email. Sent it again. They asked me for a tracking number, I explained the previous events and that's why I didn't have one. they asked me to contact the Post Office - REDICULOUS! They told me again that a refund was being issued and it would take 3-5 days. The next day I receive an email advising that once they receive the product back, they will issue the refund. I'm still waiting for my weighed 1st class postage item to reach them since sending it on 18 September and now it is 1 November!!!! They are absolutely unbelievable! I can't afford to be stung like this. I have had to pay £184 because I always pay my credit card in full every month but it has left me with no money for general day to day living and with two children under 3, it has made me very ill. I don't know what to do!
