I can't work out if I've been scammed or not. I can't find anyone online complaining about him. I am hoping by alerting you I might be able to put an end to this waiting.

Justin contacted me and said he owes me $15,000 because of the profits earned from my investment. He said he would pay in two instalments. I received one instalment, but have not heard from him since (now 4 weeks).
