I booked a hotel in Seattle for 6 nights (Hotel Deca.) After checking in with the hotel, there was no reservation found in their system made by Otel.com. I tried to call them and the staff wasn't helpful at all. As a result, I had to contact my bank for refund. I'm still waiting for it. Avoid this company. They are also linked with another company called DHR.com. Won't use their service again.
