DISPUTED TRANSACTION: with Viarex Labs Their C/S Dept.(Jimmy) ackowledged
receipt of returned mdse (4 tubes/Viarexgel) on 7/15/2013. The Contact Person informed me
that Viarex Labs had reversed the charge to my
credit card of $99.95. My credit card company
C/S Dept. informed me that Viarex Labs had NOT
refunded the charge.
I accepted their product on a GUARANTEED RISK-FREE, 10 DAY TRIAL basis. I DID NOT agree to receive additional shipments of their product; nor did I agree to "become a member or enroll in any program" of theirs.
I have expended $99.95 + S & H $18.+;
Viarex Labs has in their inventory the returned product.
Viarex Labs REFUSES to refund the $99.95.
