Received this letter stating that I had won a total of $ 3,062,814.00.from a company R.D.D out of NY.NY Dated 11/25/2013
My complaint is that since this was processed thru the U.S. Mail Service, this attempted scamm, should be deamed a legal debt owed by both the U.S Postal Service, and this agency
that is running this scamm.
The U.S. Postal Service becomes liable, because it continually allows this type of scamm to be conducted thru the U.S.mail, and as of yet has done nothing to stop attempted fraud being conducted.
The laws of this land demand protection, and it's therefore only right, that I seek monitary damages for the above claimed loss.
Therefore, I hereby claim the full amount above as a loss, even if I never filled out and sent the requested sum of $ 20.00 by this
R.D.D company in NY.
