Your trial offer is very misleading which I take great exception to. In ordering, I did not agree to an automatic shipping or billing of your product every 30 days. You provided no information whatsoever prior to agreeing to the trial offer that I would be setting myself up for any sort of automatic delivery. This is nothing but a scam and you should be ashamed of yourself. If you can't do business online honestly don't bother at all.
I notice in the confirmation email that I received from you that you charged me $1.03 for the product with a shipping fee of $3.87. That was not the amount indicated in your trial offer. (Reference below). The same amount is indicated that I am being billed for the Spark Whitening.

Cancel my trial offer and credit my VISA with any amounts you have already billed IMMEDIATELY!

I am extremely incensed with your deceptive quasi business practices! I expect an email notifying me my trial offer is cancelled and ANY amount that you have billed to my VISA is being credited.

Since your advertising is misleading, I insist that you credit my VISA account $1.11 for Dental Pro and $1.12 for Sparkle White. Kindly confirm that you have done so. I wonder how many people you try to rip off.

Note: When I dialed their telephone number, all I got was a recording saying my order was cancelled. I checked my VISA, and although minimal, was still billed $1.11 and $1.12. They never replied to any of my emails. Add this up to what they can maybe get away with legally, can't be reached, they still can make a lot of money from misleading people. If anyone knows of a government agency or other that they can be reported to please do.

Nov. 29th: I just dialed the number again and got through to a female agent. She claims that what they are doing is legal but could not provide a legitimate rationale for their misleading advertising. I don't trust that they will not attempt to charge additional fees to my VISA, but it's a prepaid VISA with 0 balance - Good luck! Beware of the 'trial offer'!
