Same as everyone else ,really,I wish I would have checked this prior to applying for a loan with them,even my bank knows them well...apparently,their terms and conditions do mention that they are legally allowed to charge a fee even if they do not get you a loan,which they didn't in my case either.The fee is just for looking for a lender...At first I thought they took out my first installment,without paying in the loan...very stupid.I got burnt but it will not happen again..still with so many complaints against them and the fact that they are really rude on the phone plus never refund your money...they should be closed...and FORCED to pay everyone back...
