Ms Suki Chen, contact person. I was told that shipping and customs fee is included in my purchase of tablets but after I paid she is asking for another $137 (100% of what I sent them the day before) saying it is customs charge. They want me to produce the mony in 73 hours but refuses to refund me my money.
Update: 12/10/2013
Total money sent to them is $137+$151. Now they are asking for an import certificate. which is obviously a scam I have never been asked for that before.
