Recieved a letter dated nov.26,2013 stating they had acquired an outstanding equipment lease agreement from a company I have never heard of and stated that I had to pay them 4,458.36 for past due account and had to cll them in ten days with payment or they would initiate a civil action against me.
1. The only equipment I have ever leased was ten years ago and I turned it in and paid it off
2. I did not receive the letter until today which is the 9 th of dec.2013 so it is way past deadline they gave.
3. Do they really think I would blindly do as told with out researching the company and the presumed account.
