Ordered product and sent back within the thirty days. Recieved refund after almost a month and come to find out they sent a second order automatically and took 99.95 plus shipping for a total of 110.00. Sent second order back unopened (return to sender) and they refuse to refund saying that I never canceled.
Why would I send back my first order but want a second order of the same thing a month later?
