This "Fast Again" ad popped up to clean the computer and make it run faster. It appeared it was marked down from $39 to $9.00. I clicked on it and spoke with a woman who had me log in to another site which supposedly showed all of the 527 "problems" with my computer. Then she transferred me to a "Sr. representative" a man who said my computer needed immediate expert help. He said I could either take it to Best Buy, where the would charge me $245.00 and guarantee it for 1 month, or I could pay him $199.00, and he would guarantee it for a year and fix it remotely. I said I'd think about it and he said I had to decide right now or we'd lose our secure connection. I asked what happened to the service I'd already paid for, and he said sure, I did have that. I did not pay the $199.00. When I tried my computer it was even more messed up then before I bought Fast Again. They charged $39.94, not the $9.00, as advertised in the "special," and then I was worried it was some scam to steal the info or identity off of your computer.
