I subscribed to NHL Center Ice in January 2013 for the season ending April of 2013. The company automatically began charging my credit card in September 2013 for the 13/14 hockey season. I called the company to ask for a refund as I had not asked for the service and did not use it. They cancelled my account but would not refund my money. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that supervisors do not take phone calls.
