I ordered a St. Louis Cardinals "Live for the Game" bracelet from Belleza Jewelry. It was an offer online from our local newspaper offering the $110 bracelet for $17 for a limited time. So I ordered one for my wife on October 30, 2013. It was suppose to ship in 2-3 weeks. I did get a few emails from them apologizing for delays in getting their materials because of the overwhelming response to the offer, blah blah blah...and so I waited, no problem. On 12/12/13, i received an email stating that my item was shipped and I was given the USPS tracking number. When I didn't receive it by 12/23/13, I called my local post office with tracking # and they told me that the electronic shipping info had been received on 12/13/13 but no package had ever been received to ship. So I immediately emailed Belleza Jewelry and explained this to them and I still have not received an answer to my email or the bracelet.
Update: 01/13/2014
Issue has been resolved...I received the item.

- Yesterday I tried calling their customer service phone # and after I had completely explained my problem to the lady, she said we had a bad connection and hung up on me. When I called back, they had switched over to their third party answering service and I have not received a call back yet. Today I posted on their Facebook page about my problem and within 30 minutes they had blocked me from any more posting.

I ordered and had the same problem. Contact the TN Attorney Generals office. I did and it smoked those two scam artists out of their holes.

- Belleza Jewelry has HORRIBLE customer service, much less delivering the items ordered. Will never buy anything from them ever again.
