Could not reach them by phone - sent email complaint letter asking that the charges be reversed - sent on Dec 6th, 2013

Then, again on Dec 29th, billed once again for product not wanted, not ordered, and not received:

This morning, I phoned the company at their 1888-492-0802 Cust. Serv. # 4 different times, it was answered with an automatic message saying thank you for calling and my call would be handled in the order it was received - then, it hangs up.

Pretty sure this is a scam - it says on their website that they will give a partial refund only if you phone them for an RMA # and then return the bottles you from the disputed order within 10 days of ordering (how can I do that when I have not even received the bottles, and I only ordered the trial bottle)
