Ordered a sample product (RTVL) which I received, and showed on my credit card for $4.95.
Three weeks later another charge (using a different company name) for $99 appears on credit card. I called both (Skin glow and aging and Wrinkle free face)several times and conviently their computers are down each time and they cannot help me, but both businesses said they were "Phoenix labs". I did not order anything other than sample, and did not receive any other product than sample.
