Singapore company register sent a letter asking fr details of my business otherwise my details will be cancelled. They have a logo with a merlion face giving the impression that it is a government agency. The letter ask for registration of the company but made no mention of the fee involved. This January, I suddenly received an invoice for $490 to pay for a one year subscription. I don't intend to pay but they are not willing to cancel my details from their website insisting that I have agreed to their terms and conditions.
