The wig that I ordered looks nothing like the picture from the website. I'm actually wondering if someone got my order wrong and sent me the wrong wig! The wig was supposed to be an inspired piece of Kim Kardashian's hair but it has no resemblance to her hairstyle whatsoever. I thought the wig would have had pre-cut layers just like Kim's hairstyle but it doesn't. The lace material is super hard and it looks so cheap. I've been calling both phone numbers from the Lace wigs buy site and no one has answered. I even chatted with their online service and the "person" that I chatted with told me to send an email to customer service. I sent them two emails yesterday to both of their email accounts and I still haven't heard from them. What kind of company doesn't have a working phone service??
