At least 8 unauthorized charges on my credit card from Mar 2012 to Dec 2013. That is as far back as I could track it and it could go back even further. I will try contacting both the company and the credit card company to get restitution, but I won't hold my breath on that, based on other complaints I have seen, which are many.
